Our interns have already shown incredible initiative, diving into real projects and mastering essential skills. From day one, they’ve been involved in everything from building social media calendars to creating Meta ad campaigns. Here’s what they’ve accomplished so far:

  • Completed our full training and onboarding program

  • Built out full social media content calendars

  • Engaged with client communities through comments, DMs, and story replies

  • Conducted detailed competitor analyses

  • Designed brand kits with visual identity and messaging

  • Created and scheduled Meta ad campaigns

  • Started working on a group summer project identifying real client opportunities

  • Learned to craft marketing strategies based on real-time data

It’s been an exciting start, and we can’t wait to see how they continue to grow and contribute to our projects this summer!

📊 Case Study: 967% Reach Growth and 3.3K% Engagement Increase

When our client came to us to kickstart their summer season, we knew the key was to build a real community around the brand. Through a targeted organic social strategy, we helped them see outstanding growth in just one month:

  • Facebook:

    • Reach increased by 967.6%

    • Engagement up 3.3K%

    • Profile Visits up 910.2%

    • New Followers grew by 474

  • Instagram:

    • Reach increased by 1.1K%

    • Engagement up 5.0K%

    • Profile Visits up 266%

    • New Followers grew by 153

These numbers show that our posts are resonating, but the real win is in the community we’ve built. Engagement, profile visits, and follower growth all surged, proving that when we connect authentically, the results follow.

We’re honored to partner with Food Assistance Match on their organic social media and newsletters, helping amplify a mission that nourishes so much more than just hunger. Their mission is dignity, connection, and access. They make it possible for families using food assistance to shop at local farmers markets, bringing fresh, locally grown food to more tables while supporting small farms and vendors in our region.

We’re proud to work with an organization that is driving real change within our community, creating access to healthy food, and empowering families to thrive.

💡 Industry Tip: Search Ads vs. Social Ads

When it comes to advertising, Search and Social are two powerful tools, but they serve different purposes and can drive different results. Understanding when to use each is key to creating an effective ad strategy.

Search ads capture high-intent users actively looking for your product, making them perfect for driving immediate conversions. Social ads, on the other hand, are ideal for reaching potential customers who may not be actively searching but are primed for discovery and brand awareness. The key is knowing where your audience is in their journey and leveraging the right platform to meet them there.

This summer, we’re not just teaching our interns new skills, we’re also learning how to lead, mentor, and manage a growing team. With 13 new interns, we’ve been running 2-3 one-hour training sessions each week, covering topics like marketing strategy, ads, content calendars, and more.

It’s been an exciting challenge to manage so many new faces while ensuring each intern gets the guidance they need to thrive. As we teach, we’re also learning how to build stronger, more effective training programs and grow as leaders within the team!
