We believe the best way to learn marketing is by actually doing it. That’s why our 2026 POWER Marketing Internship Program is built around real experience, real collaboration, and real client work from day one.
Over the next 12 weeks, we’ll be welcoming 10 driven interns to the POWER team as they step into the fast-paced world of agency marketing. Throughout the summer, they’ll gain hands-on experience across social media, paid advertising, branding, email marketing, website development, analytics, content creation, and more, all while working directly alongside our team on active client accounts.
This program is about building real skills, developing confidence, learning how strategy turns into execution, and understanding what it takes to create marketing that actually performs.
Built for Hands-On Experience

Marketing moves fast, and we designed this internship to reflect that. As part of the program, interns will contribute to projects involving:
Social media content creation for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Google Search and Meta advertising campaigns
Email marketing strategy and campaign writing
Blog development and SEO-focused content
Website projects and creative development
Campaign reporting, analytics, and optimization
Throughout the summer, they’ll gain hands-on experience in multiple areas of digital marketing while discovering where their strengths and passions align.
And because POWER operates as a collaborative agency environment, our interns won’t just observe from the sidelines. They’ll actively contribute ideas, problem-solve with the team, and gain exposure to the day-to-day reality of modern marketing.
A Program Focused on Growth
One of the biggest goals of this internship program is development. We’re welcoming individuals who are willing to learn, take initiative, ask questions, think creatively, and push themselves outside of their comfort zones.
Some interns may enter the summer passionate about graphic design. Others may be interested in analytics. A few interns could be looking to learn more about advertising strategy. This program is designed to help them sharpen those skills while also exposing them to entirely new areas of marketing they may not have explored before.
Real Work. Real Impact.
One thing that makes the POWER internship experience different is the level of responsibility our interns receive. Throughout the summer, they’ll work with real clients, on real campaigns, with real business objectives, helping contribute to measurable marketing results for actual business owners.
Not only does the experience build confidence and professional skills, but it also gives interns the opportunity to understand how marketing strategy translates into business growth. They’ll leave the program with three months of real agency work and projects they can share with future clients.
